KeyBank Inks Denver Extension with Gemini Rosemont

Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate signed a 10-year, 27,000-square-foot lease extension with KeyBank at Denver Energy Center. KeyBank’s regional headquarters will remain at 1675 Broadway on downtown Denver’s 16th Street Mall, where it has been based for more than 20 years.

KeyBank’s financial services, wealth management and lender services employees will occupy the office space as well as a retail bank branch on the ground level. The bank will relocate from the 3rd and 4th floors to the 13th and 14th floors when the office lease extension commences in June 2021.

The two tower Denver Energy Center is comprised of 785,765 square feet in the heart of Denver’s CBD. The property is near mass transit, restaurants and retail, with easy access to Interstates 25 and 70.

JLL’s Ken Gooden and Mark Collins represented the tenant. CBRE’s Allison Berry represented the Los Angeles-based landlord.

He formerly was President of the Public Relations Society of America’s Los Angeles of public relations professional, and served on the Board of Directors. He also taught a public relations extension course at Loyola Marymount University. Dennis’s has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
