KeyBank Hires Freddie Mac Producer Samantha Miller as VP

KeyBank Real Estate Capital has hired Samantha Miller as VP and mortgage banker, based in the Chicago office. She is responsible for new business development and relationship management as part of a team providing off-balance sheet financing solutions for private real estate owners, investors, and developers.   

“We’re excited to have Samantha join our team with a proven track record at Freddie Mac,” said John Hofmann, SVP and regional production manager at KeyBank Real Estate Capital. “Through our integrated platform, she will be able to leverage her experience and relationships to best serve our clients.” 

Prior to joining Key, Miller was a senior producer in multifamily production and sales with Freddie Mac. She spearheaded the student housing originations and originated $2.5 billion year-to-date of multifamily debt across the Central Region, Miller also specialized in manufactured housing, homesharing, lease-up and value-add transactions.
