KeyBank Expands West Coast Presence, Names Andrew Nathenson to Lead Effort

KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) appointed Andrew Nathenson to senior banker. He will be responsible for continuing KeyBank’s affordable housing platform expansion on the West Coast. He will be based in the San Francisco office and report to Cathy Danigelis, CDLI Western Region Manager.

Danigelis says, “Andrew has achieved notable success in the Western region, bringing an added layer of depth to our affordable housing platform. His strong industry relationships and wealth of affordable housing knowledge will be instrumental as we continue to grow our platform on the West Coast.”

Nathenson brings more than 13 years of experience in affordable housing finance. Prior to joining KeyBank, he served as a VP in loan origination at Citi Community Capital, where he closed $5.7 billion in acquisition, construction, and permanent financing for affordable multifamily projects in California and other markets across the U.S.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
