Chicago-based Key Mortgage Services, Inc. has hired Jason Brown as vice president, area sales manager, and promoted LaToya Spann-Martin to area sales manager and leader of the company’s new Community Impact and Lending Division.

Brown joins from Chase and brings 23 years of lending experience. He will support sales by focusing on long-term growth and personalized business plans to help loan officers meet their individual goals.

Spann-Martin has been with Key Mortgage since 2018 and, in her elevated role, will launch the firm’s Community Impact and Lending division. She will be responsible for supporting education and outreach in underserved communities while leveraging existing financial literacy and lending partnerships to empower prospective clients.
