Connect Media has added six professionals to its Connect Creative team

Kevin Rude Tapped to Lead Colliers West Coast Group

Colliers International’s Kevin Rude will assume expanded responsibilites after being promoted to the post of Regional Managing Director – West Coast for the firm’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) group. The highly experienced property management expert had served in the firm’s Southern California operations since 2012.

Colliers’ Karen Whitt says, “This expanded role entrusts Kevin with the responsibility of meeting the specialized needs of our growing roster of clients from nearly every sector of the commercial property market.“

Rude now will lead business development activities in five western states – California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona — while continuing to oversee the day-to-day operations of REMS in greater Los Angeles and Phoenix. He will continue to be based in Colliers’ Orange County office in Irvine.

He brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, including stints at Tishman West, Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow and NKF.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
