Kevin Hickman Joins High Street Residential to Help Focus on Multifamily Development in Dallas -Fort Worth

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced the addition of Kevin Hickman, who joins the firm as Senior Vice President. Hickman is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing, joint venture structuring, asset management, and execution of multifamily investments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

“Kevin joins High Street Residential with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and brings with him deep knowledge about the North Texas multifamily market,” said Joel Behrens, managing director of High Street Residential. “Our team in Dallas continues to grow as demand for multifamily product in the region increases”

Hickman had previously been with Mill Creek Residential, where he served as Managing Director of Development for the North Texas region.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal.
