Kerzner International will partner with 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings for SIRO Brickell on a project that will feature 180 hotel rooms, 350 branded condos and extensive wellness offerings focused on fitness and recovery.

Kerzner acquired the one-acre site at 9 S.E. Sixth St. for $45 million in August from Swire Properties, the developer of the neighboring Brickell City Centre retail, restaurant and hospitality complex.

SIRO Brickell should be completed in 2030. It will follow SIRO hotels expected to open in Los Cabos in 2027, Riyadh in 2028 and Tokyo in 2029.

Each SIRO hotel features accommodations designed to optimize sleep and reduce jetlag, world-class fitness facilities, specialized recovery treatments, customizable nutrition, and a dedicated team of in-house specialists to guide and coach guests throughout their stay.
