Kentucky Multifamily Property Sells in All-Cash Deal

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Silver Creek Apartments, a 24-unit multifamily property located in Jeffersontown, Kentucky. The property sold for just over $4 million, or $167,000 per unit.

“This was an all-cash deal that closed in 15 days with no contingencies, with a total timeline of 48 days from listing to close,” said Tony Rogers, senior director of investments. “The buyer is continuing to add to their growing portfolio within the Louisville MSA, focusing on smaller, newer vintage assets like Silver Creek.”

Rogers and Aaron Kuroiwa, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, in association with Grant Fitzgerald, Marcus & Millichap’s Kentucky broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

Silver Creek Apartments, located at 9607 Old 6 Mile Ln., is a 2020-built boutique property in Louisville’s Jeffersontown neighborhood. The property sits on 1.81 acres and features 24 two-bedroom units across 25,200 rentable square feet.
