Kentaurus Capital Acquires 48-Unit Twin Cities Apartment Property

Colliers brokered the sale of Kestrel Village Apartments, a 48-unit community located at 16650 Brunswick Ave SE, Prior Lake, Minnesota.

The sale was led by the Colliers team of Executive Vice Presidents Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson, and Adam Haydon, as well as Associate Vice President Devon Dvorak and Associate Drew Jackson, who represented the seller, TE Miller Development. ”It was great to be involved in the full lifecycle of this asset after our team first sold the property in 2015,” said Dvorak.

Kestrel Village features 33 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom units and offers a range of resident-focused amenities. The property is surrounded by dining, entertainment, and outdoor options, and offers convenient access to nearby parks and the Upper and Lower Prior lakes. The community was acquired by Kentaurus Capital, a Twin Cities-based investment firm focused on the strategic acquisition and management of multifamily assets.
