Kensington Vanguard Inks Full-Floor Lease with Rudin

Rudin finalized a new lease with Kensington Vanguard National Land Services at 41 Madison Ave., its renovated office tower in Midtown South’s Flatiron District. A subsidiary of Truist Bank, Kensington Vanguard will house its new New York City headquarters in 13,394 square feet spanning the entire 21st floor of 41 Madison.

The national title insurance agency will relocate from its current offices at 39 W. 37th St, during the second quarter of 2024 as part of a 10-year lease.

“41 Madison continues to attract top-tier creative and financial firms that are fueled by their highly talented and collaborative workforces,” said Michael Rudin, EVP of Rudin. “The comprehensive redesign we undertook includes the type of programming and amenities that create the ideal environment for firms like Kensington Vanguard.”

Kensington Vanguard was represented by Howard Hirsch and Brett Harvey of JLL, while Rudin was represented in-house by SVP Robert Steinman.
