Kenneth Park Architects Inks 15K SF at 360 Lex Ave

CBRE announced the renewal of a 15,379-square-foot office lease for Kenneth Park Architects (KPA) at 360 Lexington Avenue, Midtown. KPA will continue to occupy the entire seventh floor of the 24-story building. CBRE’s Steve Eynon represented KPA in negotiations with the building’s owner, Savanna.

“I first placed KPA at 360 Lexington in 1996 and have worked with them on multiple expansions and renewals since then,” said Eynon. “This early extension allows KPA to benefit from current market conditions.”

KPA, known for working with luxury brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Harry Winston, Christian Louboutin, and Fendi, will remain in its current space long-term. The building is located two blocks from Grand Central Terminal.
