Kennedy Wilson Snags San Jose Complex from Sobrato
An affiliate of Beverly Hills-based Kennedy Wilson acquired five Silicon Valley buildings from the Sobrato Family Foundation for $81.2 million. The buyer of the Valley Oak Technology Center properties in San Jose was KW Fund VI Valley Oak.
The complex encompasses 430,000 square feet at San Ignacio Avenue and Via Del Oro, near State Route 85 and Highway 101. Four of the five buildings are occupied by Extreme Networks, Jabil and Northrop Grumman.
The properties include 6373 San Ignacio Ave., 6375 San Ignacio Ave., 6377 San Ignacio Ave., 6379 San Ignacio Ave. and 6480 Via Del Oro.
CBRE’s Scott Prosser, Joe Moriarty, Jack DePuy and Russell Ingrum handled the sale. CBRE’s Brad Zampa, Mike Walker and Megan Woodring arranged the acquisition financing.
