Kennedy-Wilson Properties Rebrands as KWP Real Estate

Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd., a real estate advisory services provider specializing in commercial brokerage and property management, will operate under a new name, KWP Real Estate, effective immediately. The firm, which became an independent entity in 2020, remains based in Beverly Hills and is comprised of approximately 95 team members in 19 states.

“Evolving into KWP Real Estate is a strategic effort to streamline our brand and better reflect our core business lines of commercial brokerage and property management services,” said firm president Ed Sachse. “As we enter this exciting new chapter, our team remains dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients across the country.”

He continued, “We have a new name and visual identity, but are the same team of experienced agents, managers, accountants and support staff, with a legacy of success and a deep well of institutional knowledge. As an entrepreneurial team of real estate experts, we look forward to continuing our decades-long track record of success and value creation for our clients.”
