Kennedy Wilson Brokers 14-Acre Concord Land Deal; Expands Bay Area Team
Kennedy Wilson Brokerage represented Bay Area-based private developer Arnold Industrial LLC in the $6.8-million acquisition of 13.51 acres of commercial land on Arnold Industrial Way in Concord from Lowe’s Home Center LLC. Kennedy Wilson Brokerage’s Eric Rehn, CCIM, handled the complicated three-year Concord land transaction to bring the newly named Concord Industrial Center to fruition.
The property, originally zoned freeway commercial, was rezoned for industrial/office use and divided into four lots. In a concurrent closing, three of the lots have been sold to owner-users, including Restaurant Depot, Auto Core and Papé. The remaining lot is being marketed for sale.
Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, a division of Kennedy Wilson Property Services, also announced the addition of four commercial brokers to its Concord office. Serving the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley, the Northern California office welcomed vice presidents Matt Krupp and Brian Eisberg, as well as associates Ryan Stickney and Ryan Zalucky.
