Kennedy Wilson Brokerage Tapped to Lease Hollywood Park’s Retail

Kennedy Wilson Brokerage has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the shops at Hollywood Park. Located in Inglewood, Hollywood Park is a near-300-acre and entertainment destination being built by Los Angeles Rams owner/chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. The Beverly Hills-based Kennedy Wilson brokerage team includes Ed Sachse, Jack Nathan and Diane Brandes.

“Hollywood Park’s retail component is without equal, and we are so excited to bring the full potential of the project to life,” said Nathan. “Our focus is to create an iconic retail destination that invites discovery and fosters connection to the best of L.A., from dining and fashion, to entertainment, wellness and more.”

Hollywood Park’s retail opened in July with Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas’ 12-screen, 55,137-square-foot movie theater, followed by Residency Art Gallery, a platform for artists of color, in August. It will continue to expand in a phased approach as new tenants open their doors to the public.
