Kennedy Medical Center in Union City, NJ, is now nearly 100%-occupied, thanks to two new leases for medical office space. Asking rents at the four-story, art deco building are over $30 per square foot.

“It further confirms Kennedy Medical Center’s status as the premier medical office building in Hudson County,” said Matthew Weiss of Weiss Realty.

– Sanitas of New Jersey, an independent provider of healthcare services and urgent care clinics, signed a 12-year lease for 14,375 square feet of space on the main level.

– Rheumatology Associates of North Jersey, one of the state’s largest rheumatology practices, signed a five-year lease for 1,650 square feet of space on the second floor

Other medical office tenants at 3196 Kennedy Blvd. include Bayada Nurses, Inc., Progressive Pediatrics, Cardio-Med Services and Health Check Eye Center.
