Kelly Ranch Adding Golf Project

Escalante Golf has unveiled plans for the $100 million Kelly Ranch Golf Club, located on 240 acres 20 minutes southwest of downtown Fort Worth at US Highway 377 and Kelly Road. Completion is set for the spring of 2025. Besides a championship golf course, the project will include a golf practice facility, golf shop, restaurant, bar, and outdoor terrace.

Kelly Ranch Golf Club will be located in the 2,400-acre master-planned community known as Kelly Ranch. The development plan includes:

  • A new elementary school
  • The Shops at Kelly Ranch, a planned 65-acre shopping and dining destination
  • A 50-acre commercial development housing class-A office space and medical and healthcare facilities
  • An athletics & wellness club that will feature fitness, aquatics, and court sports offerings
