Kellwood Company, KBL Group Relocate to 1441 Broadway

Kellwood Company and KBL Group International are relocating to 1441 Broadway in Times Square. Kellwood Company will occupy 19,000 square feet on the 18th floor, while KBL Group will occupy a 9,000-square-foot space on the 8th floor.

The leases represent almost 76,000 square feet of transactions at the building over the past year.
