Kelley Drye Relocates from Midtown to 3 World Trade

Law firm Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is relocating from Midtown to Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center. The firm will occupy three floors at 3 WTC in a 15-year, 103,000-square-foot lease.

“3 WTC is a state-of-the art building that will allow us to serve our clients in a transformational new space and provide a quality work environment for our employees,” said Jim Carr, chair of Kelley Drye.

Currently located at 101 Park Ave., Kelley Drye will move Downtown in 2020.  It will be the first law firm in the building, where it will join tenants including GroupM, Diageo, Better.com, Casper, IEX and Hudson River Trading.

CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Adam Foster, Evan Haskell, Steve Eynon, David Caperna and Rob Hill represented ownership, along with Silverstein Properties’ Jeremy Moss and Camille McGratty. Transwestern’s Patrick Heeg and Ryan McKinney advised Kelley Drye.
