Keith Cody Joins Silverstein as SVP for Commercial Leasing

Keith A. Cody has joined Silverstein as SVP of commercial leasing. Drawing on more than 25 years’ successful transactions in leasing office and retail properties throughout Manhattan and the greater metropolitan area, Cody will oversee leasing efforts throughout Silverstein’s current commercial portfolio across Manhattan, Philadelphia and Los Angeles.

“In recent years, Silverstein Properties has expanded its focus to become a truly national company,” said Marty Burger, CEO, Silverstein Properties. “Keith has a long and accomplished history in commercial leasing. Given our growth in acquiring properties across the U.S. along with the current challenges to the office and retail market, this is an important step to ensure we are appropriately covered and resourced from a commercial leasing point of view.”

Cody joins Silverstein Properties from Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT), where he was VP of leasing for seven years. Prior to ESRT, Cody served as an SVP at CBRE.
