Kehe Distributors Renews, Expands HQ in Naperville
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that KeHE Distributors LLC has committed to a long-term lease at Naperville Corporate Center, 1230-1250 Diehl Road.
KeHE Distributors was represented by Colliers brokers Frederick Regnery, David Florent and Francis Prock. After an expansion of 17,000 square feet, the wholesale food distributor’s lease now totals 91,102 square feet. KeHE will occupy the entirety of 1245 Diehl Road.
Building ownership, Real Capital Solutions is represented by TRS Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny. “We are thrilled to help KeHE advance its business objectives,” said Stevens. “KeHE’s decision to not only keep Naperville Corporate Center as its corporate headquarters but to expand its space speaks to the superb property location, amenities, and on-site management.”
Naperville Corporate Center, which is both leased and managed by TRS, is a four-building, 420,540-square-foot office campus in immediate proximity to Interstate 88. Property amenities offered include a full-service deli, on-site conference facilities, fitness center, tenant lounge and outdoor patios.
