Keeping Up with Industrial’s Pace of Change

The fast pace of change in the global economy, and in the logistics that support economic activity, requires an equal level of responsiveness in real estate and the people who own it, operate it, build it and lease it. In short, it’s not your grandfather’s rows of warehouses anymore.

How this plays out across the spectrum of the market will be the focal point of this year’s Connect Industrial, which will bring the industry’s heavy-hitters together to describe what the future holds. It’s scheduled for July 11, and will be held at Sunda, 110 W. Illinois in Chicago.

Entity-level deals and their aftermath, and the impact of technological change on development, are just two of the subjects on this year’s agenda. CBRE’s Jack Fraker, Hillwood’s Tom Fishman and ElmTree Funds’ David Piasecki are just a few of the scheduled speakers.
