Keener Investments Snags 378-Unit Apartment Property
Keener Investments bought Mira Bella and San Martin apartments, sister communities totaling 378 units in Spring, TX. The Friendswood, TX-based investor acquired the assets from a Pasadena, CA-based, Delaware Statutory Trust seller, under the direction of ExchangeRight Apartments.
The San Martin and Mira Bella apartment complexes at 22910-22921 Imperial Valley Dr. came online in 1980 and 1983, respectively. “We have been targeting acquisitions in North Houston due to its strong employment base, exceptional industry growth, and significant infrastructure expansion,” said Keener Investments’ Stephen A. Smith. “We continue to seek acquisitions that allow us to leverage our management and renovation teams, and this property is consistent with our value-add strategy.”
Both properties offer one, and two-bedroom floor plans, along with a fitness center, play area, swimming pools, picnic area with barbecue, on-site laundry facilities and packaging receiving.
