Keener Investments Acquires Seventh Houston MF Asset

Local buyer Keener Investments closed on Park at Clear Lake, a Class C, 342-unit apartment complex in Clear Lake City, TX. The property is on the southeast side of the Houston metro, at 1239 Bay Area Blvd. Keener Investments acquired the property from 1239 Bay Area LP, which is located in Lubbock, TX.

The property, which delivered in 1976, represents Keener’s seventh buy in the Houston area. According to company CEO Stephen A. Smith, the plan is to improve property operations.

Park at Clear Lake has studios, along with one, two and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor grilling and picnic area, on-site laundry, and proximity to two area dog parks.
