Keeley Construction Completes Addison Office Renovation

Keeley Construction has completed an expansion and renovation on the existing North office for food flavorists, Brookside Flavors, in Addison, Illinois. Phase III marks the latest work on this 227,043-square-foot office, production, and warehouse facility for Brookside, located at 1210 N Swift Road.

The overall work consisted of converting a portion of the existing warehouse to an H3-compliant warehouse and expanding the south production office for additional office, lab and trucker space. The project also included high-end finishes for client relations areas, front façade enhancements, production waste upgrades, and new R&D labs. Additional upgrades include new conference rooms, lobby, vestibule, breakroom, meeting rooms and open office areas.

The Keeley Construction team consisted of Paul Jennrich, Project Manager; Bob Best, Superintendent; Shawn Bulow, VP of Field Operations and Safety Manager; and Teresa Peters, Project Coordinator. Heitman Architects served as the architect on this project.
