Keeler Markwood Launches MOB Build for Low-Vacancy White Plains
Keeler Markwood Group, a development firm based in Westchester County, has begun building a new Class A medical office building at 6 & 8 Chester Ave. in downtown White Plains, NY.
Among the first private investments in the burgeoning healthcare corridor in White Plains, the new MOB is adjacent to the expanding White Plains Hospital and its future outpatient care facility.
“As White Plains Hospital grows and medical professionals need to be located nearby, a virtual healthcare hub has been created downtown, capable of serving patients throughout the county,” said Keeler Markwood’s Sam Dickinson.
JLL’s Stephanie Coleman and Al Gutierrez have been tapped by Keeler Markwood to market the new property. “The availability rate for medical office buildings in White Plains is at its lowest point in over a decade,” said Coleman. “JLL has already received multiple inquiries about the availability of this newest medical building coming to the market.”
