Keator and Kim Join American Healthcare REIT in Irvine

American Healthcare REIT, Inc., has expanded its senior management team in Irvine, CA, appointing Stephanie Keator as senior VP of asset management-medical office and James Kim as senior VP of tax. The two real estate veterans will add a combined 45 years of experience to the company’s executive team.

“Stephanie and James are exceptional additions to our senior management team,” said Danny Prosky, the president and CEO of American Healthcare REIT. “They provide tremendous insight, leadership and expertise that adds significant value to our company.”

In her new role, Keator oversees all medical office buildings within the eastern region of the firm’s portfolio. She previously served in a similar capacity at Ventas, and has more than 26 years of experience.

Kim joins the company from Ernst and Young LLP Real Estate Group where he served as a managing director as part of a 19-year professional career. He will oversee American Healthcare REIT’s overall tax planning, structure and compliance.
