Kearny Mesa Industrial Building Trades for $12.6M

CEG Capital Partners has announced the $12.6 million disposition of a 29,000-square-foot industrial property in the Kearny Mesa submarket of San Diego, CA. The property, located at 7520 Convoy Court, was purchased by the San Diego County Office of Education.

The Colliers team of Evan McDonald, Marc Posthumus and Kurtis Blanchard represented CEG, while Spire’s Frank Clark and Steven Hinger represented the buyer.

“During the process of repositioning and marketing this asset to be leased, a unique owner/user buyer emerged and was attracted to the property due to its location, freeway access, layout and ability for customization,” said CEG’s Managing Partner Pat Geary. “This disposition will allow us to redeploy capital into new value-add opportunities.”

The building features 4 loading doors, a secured yard and 1,200 AMP power. It also has direct access to Hwy 52, and is only 12 miles from the Port of San Diego.
