Kearney Mesa Office Complex Commands $61M

Spectrum Corporate Center, a three-building office campus in the Kearney Mesa neighborhood, recently traded for $61 million. Drawbridge Realty LLC purchased the asset from Real Estate Capital Partners and IVG Institutional Funds.

The entire 182,870 square feet is leased to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. Spectrum Corporate Center, which spans 9.8 acres, was built in 2005. Cushman & Wakefield brokers represented the deal.
