KE Andrews unveiled plans for development of an 80,000-square-foot headquarters building in Rockwall, TX, on the Dallas metro’s far east side. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2019, with completion planned for December 2020.

The building will go north on just under 10 acres at 2504 Ridge Rd. BOKAPowell is the project architect, and Rogers-O’Brien will be the general contractor. KE Andrews, a property tax valuation firm, currently operates in approximately 30,000 square feet at 1900 Dalrock Rd. in Rowlett, roughly three miles from the new site.

A company spokesperson said KE Andrews will first occupy 50,000 to 60,000 square feet, with the remainder reserved for future growth. The development “really allows us to do things with our office that would be more difficult to achieve under a lease agreement,” he said. “We plan to stay well into the future, and felt that having a true home that was ours was important.”
