KDC Partnering with Fine Line Diversified on Champions Circle BTS

Developer KDC is partnering with Fine Line Diversified Development to build up to 60 acres of build-to-suit office space in the 500-acre, mixed-use Champions Circle in north Fort Worth. The 60 acres is south of Texas Motor Speedway, at SH 114 and Interstate 35 W, and will accommodate 1.2 million square feet of office space.

“With the benefit of recently-expanded major highways connecting Champions Circle to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, downtown Fort Worth and other major regional destinations, the Alliance Corridor has experienced tremendous growth in the last 10 years,” said Bill Boecker with Fine Line Diversified, Champion Circle’s developer. “Now is the time to add office, and with KDC’s rich history of office development, we found the right partner to deliver the right product.”

Champions Circle is anchored by the Marriott Conference Center Resort Hotel & Golf Club and Tanger Outlet Center. The development also includes apartments and restaurants.
