KDC Completes Construction on 205K-SF Office Building in Raleigh-Durham

Developer KDC has completed construction on the expansion of multinational investment banking company Credit Suisse’s office campus at Research Triangle Park in the Raleigh-Durham metro.

The 205,000-square-foot, four-story building features solar power and energy-saving lighting and mechanical systems. Additional features include a health and fitness center, running trails, IT cafes and a conference center. The new facility is adjacent to the existing Credit Suisse office building that was developed by KDC in 2007.

Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor on the project, with Gensler serving as project architect. Ballentine is the civil engineer, and Crenshaw is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer.
