KDC at it Again – Plans 52-Acre Development

KDC has combined forces with Gabriel Legacy to promote and develop 52 acres in Plano, TX’s Legacy Business Park. The land is earmarked for corporate development. The two tracts, some of the last remaining undeveloped land in the area, are in the heart of Legacy Business Park at Legacy and Headquarters Drives, just east of the Dallas North Tollway.

According to KDC Senior Vice President Bill Guthrey, the tracts are being positioned to capture “Class A corporate development projects, which is reflective of the recent development in the area.”

KDC is currently developing office campuses in Legacy Business Park for JPMorgan Chase and Liberty Mutual. The Dallas-based developer is also developing Toyota’s North American headquarters at Legacy West, and completed the FedEx office facility there in 2015.
