KBS Tabs Malloy as New ESG Manager

Commercial Real Estate investment firm KBS has announced it is strengthening its focus on environmental, social and governance by appointing new ESG manager Apaulo Malloy. KBS says Malloy will direct its ESG efforts as a proactive strategy to drive the firm toward a sustainable future.

Malloy has been with KBS for over 4 years and will lead a dedicated Green Team to identify and track key performance indicators for the company’s ESG goals. Malloy commented in a news release, “The newly appointed Green Team and I are eager to help implement additional ESG programs at all properties within KBS’ portfolio.”

Hired in 2017 as part of the company’s HR department, Malloy helped implement strategic company policies, and Marc DeLuca, CEO of Newport Beach-based KBS said, “Apaulo’s extensive background in human resources and company operations make her the ideal individual to take on this new role within KBS.”
