KBS Signs Sagent Lending Technologies to King of Prussia Lease

Newport Beach, CA-based KBS signed a 26,588-square-foot lease with Sagent Lending Technologies at 1000 Continental in King of Prussia, PA. The tenant provides automotive lending origination technology, automotive lending servicing technology, and process solutions, as well as comprehensive mortgage and consumer loan-servicing solutions.

The 205,424-square-foot Class A office property is Wired Certified through WiredScore for meeting the highest standards of technological superiority in connectivity and infrastructure. The property is also equipped with a fitness center, gourmet café, tenant lounge, on-site security and covered parking.

Located at the intersection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-76 in King of Prussia, 1000 Continental provides direct access to and from both highways. The property is also convenient to the King of Prussia Town Center and Wegmans, and offers transportation through the SEPTA bus service.

JLL’s John Perkins and Chris Werner represented the tenant ,and CBRE’s Stephen Kriz advised the landlord.
