Katz & Associates Promotes Three Retail Brokers

Katz & Associates has promoted Holly Buchanan and Donny Moskovic to senior director and David Yablon to director. They’re based in the Englewood, NJ-based retail brokerage’s Nashville, New Jersey and New York City offices, respectively.

“Despite the challenges of 2020, Holly, Donny and David continued working hard and transacting at a high level,” said Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates. “We look forward to continued success from them in 2021 and beyond.”

With more than 20 years’ retail real estate experience, Buchanan has been with Katz & Associates for the past four years since helping open the Nashville office in 2017. Moskovic is a real estate “lifer” who joined the company in 2013.

As a 20-year Manhattan resident, Yablon brings knowledge and insights about New York to Katz & Associates. He joined the firm three years ago.
