Katz & Associates Arranges $11M Sale of Distribution Center in Pompano Beach

Katz & Associates has arranged the $11 million sale of the former Bennett Auto Supply Distribution Center in Pompano Beach.

Located at 3141 SW 10th St., the 93,000-square-foot distribution center is one of the largest existing industrial buildings in the area. The facility was no longer needed by Bennett Auto Supply nor O’Reilly Automotive, which acquired the auto parts related assets of Bennett in 2018. The facility features eight dock high doors, 26-to-29-foot clear heights, two ramps and 104 vehicle parking spaces.

Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz of Katz & Associates represented Bennett Auto Supply in the sales transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Etner Jr., Chris Metzger, Christopher Thomson and Matt McAllister represented the buyer, real estate investment firm Elion Partners.
