Katz & Associates Adds Two Culinary Options to Queens Residents’ Menu

Katz & Associates’ Daniel D. DePasquale lately has been instrumental in expanding culinary options for Queens residents. He represented landlords in two recent leases:

  • On behalf of landlord Paulipark Associates, LLC, DePasquale leased 6,000 square feet to Teso Life at 42-19 Bell Blvd in Bayside. This will be the Japanese department and grocery store’s 10th location and is slated to open in early 2023.
  • For landlord Midwood, DePasquale arranged a deal with Jollibee for 3,614 square feet on the ground floor of 91-23 Queens Blvd.  in Elmhurst. The tenant offers fast food with a Filipino twist; its menu includes fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, spaghetti, burgers and pies. It’s also slated to open in 2023.
