This will be Wan Bridge’s third build-to-rent commercial real estate project start in Texas, just this year. The Enclave at Mason Creek will be located on 13 acres among Katy’s corporate office parks. The gated community will be at the intersection of Merchants Way and Interstate 10. The townhomes will all be three or four bedroom units. “With this being a prime location for Katy-based employees, our contemporary design elements, open-concept floorplans and great atmosphere make it truly a perfect place for a home,” says Wan Bridge”s Ting Qiao.

New rental homes are expected to be delivered in early 2023. BMO Harris Bank is providing financing for the project.

Besides The Enclave at Mason Creek, Wan Bridge recently opened The Residences at Rayzor Ranch in Denton, and Pradera Oaks in Bonney, Texas.
