Elyson Town Center to deliver first buildings next year

Katy Mixed-Use Project to Deliver Spring 2025

Elyson Town Center, a mixed-use development by Realty 1 Partners, is coming to the Elyson neighborhood in Katy. Construction on the 11-building development began this summer at the corner of the Grand Parkway and FM 529, and the first stores will open in late spring 2025. Three businesses have already signed leases in the 195,000-square-foot development

The Elyson Town Center, located at the intersection of Freeman Road and the Grand Parkway, will offer retail, office space, apartments and restaurants.

The project is part of the master-planned Elyson community, which spans 3,643 acres and has been developed by Newland. Elyson Town Center is the primary commercial hub for Elyson, and the residential project will deliver over 6,000 homes.
