Katten Inks Long-Term Lease at Dallas’ PwC Tower at Park District

Trammell Crow Company signed a long-term, 56,340-square-foot lease with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP at PwC Tower at Park District in Dallas. The 500,000-square-foot Class A office tower is located in the heart of the Uptown submarket at the doorstep of Klyde Warren Park.

Trammell Crow Company’s Scott Krikorian says, “We are seeing a trend in the legal industry whereby firms are not only looking to help their clients, but to also create a quality work environment, with an eye on space efficiency and design to foster open communication and allow for a more collaborative and cooperative workspace.”

The growing law firm will occupy the entire 10th and 11th floors of the 20-story tower in Q4 2019. Park District is a joint venture between Trammell Crow Company and MetLife Investment Management.

Lincoln Property Company’s Matt Craft represented the tenant. CBRE’s Dennis Barnes, Shannon Brown, and Clay Gilbert advised the landlord.
