Kaseya Takes an Extra 64K SF in Miami Tower in Advance of Hiring Blitz
Kaseya, a provider of cloud-based IT management and security software, has signed a contract to expand its Miami footprint by adding 64,716 square feet across the second, third and fourth floors of 777 Brickell in Miami.
A CBRE team of Kevin Gonzalez, Jake Freeman and Maggie Kurtz represented the landlord, Alliance Real Estate Group. Tony Jones of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kaseya, which is seeking to add 500 employees at its Miami location.
In total, the CBRE team has arranged nine new office leases totaling 92,000 square feet at 777 Brickell, a 13-story, 288,485-square-foot office tower that is 93% leased. Of the new leases, over 80,000 square feet of space were new-to-market companies or expansions of existing companies in the area.
“As Miami continues to see unprecedented migration from other markets, companies are focused on buildings that can provide an inviting environment to help attract talent back to the workplace,” said Gonzalez.
