Portman Holdings has announced that Evan Kaseguma has been hired as Senior Vice President, Head of Northwest Region. In his role, Kaseguma is responsible for the pursuit and execution of office, residential and hospitality development and value-add real estate projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

“I’ve spent my entire career in Seattle, and joining Portman, which has one of the strongest reputations in the industry, as it is deepening its presence here, is exciting,” said Kaseguma, who served as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Gemdale USA Corporation and was also a director at Hines, before arriving at Portman.
