Karson & Co. Arranges $5M Sale of Edgewater Office Property

Real estate brokerage Karson & Co. has arranged the $5.3 million sale of an office condominium on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

The property is located within Two Roads Development’s condo development at 2955 NE 7th Ave. and features over 5,400 square feet under air with a 2,500-square-foot terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay with panoramic views of the intercoastal. Initially, the space functioned as the sales gallery for the developer’s neighboring Elysée project.

The buyer, XBTO Group, a new to market Cryptofinance firm, plans to use the space to house its new headquarters. The seller was not disclosed.
