Karen Dome Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate

Karen Dome, a real estate industry leader with more than 25 years of experience serving New York City’s commercial and residential markets, has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate. Dome most recently worked as a VP with Compass and helped to launch its commercial real estate division.  

Operating throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Dome has brokered more than $1 billion in transactions throughout her career. She provides thorough market analysis for buyers, sellers and investors, with extensive expertise in office space, industrial properties, new development, multifamily housing, retail space, hospitality assets and net-lease transactions.   

A respected expert in her field, Dome served twice as president of CREW New York, and was selected to chair the Commercial Management Council of the Real Estate Board of New York. She was active with the New York Building Congress and is still active with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
