Kaplan Wraps Up Work on Boston, Brookline Apt. Projects

Kaplan Construction recently completed construction on three multifamily projects in Boston and Brookline, MA. In all, the projects brought 87 new residential units to market.

The projects include 839 Beacon St., a new podium-style building in Boston’s Audubon Circle neighborhood; a five-story mixed-use building at 420 Harvard St. in Brookline; and a four-story apartment property down the street from 420 Harvard.

“Housing is a top issue on the mind of many these days, including Governor Baker and Mayor Walsh,” said Nate Peck, president of Kaplan.

“Demand for housing in the Greater Boston area, especially affordable housing, is at an all-time high and costs are skyrocketing. These new multifamily developments will deliver 87 new housing units and 14 of those will be designated as affordable housing,” Peck continued. “We look forward to continue partnering with local developers to bring more housing online in the future.”
