Kane Russell Coleman Logan Takes Space in On-the-Market BoA Plaza
Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC signed a deal to relocate its headquarters to the Bank of America Plaza, 901 Main St. in downtown Dallas. The law firm is taking down 45,000 square feet in the 1.9-million-square-foot skyscraper, which is being marketed for sale. The tenant is moving from Thanksgiving Tower on Elm Street, where it has operated for more than a quarter of a century.
JLL’s Brooke Armstrong, Andy Leatherman and Maggie Birnach represented the tenant. Joel Pustmueller and Russ Johnson, with Peloton Commercial Real Estate, negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Metropolis Investment Group. The law firm will relocate to its new space in August.
Metropolis Investment Group recently announced that the Bank of America Plaza, the second-tallest building in Texas and Dallas’ tallest skyscraper, is up for sale. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing 72-story the building, which is best-known for its green LED lights.
