Kane Co. Opens 53K-SF Global HQ for Aclara in Portsmouth

Privately-owned real estate investment firm Kane Co. has announced the opening of a new 52,600-square-foot global headquarters for Aclara within Portsmouth’s Pease Tradeport submarket in New Hampshire.

Located at 30 New Hampshire Ave., the property was renovated and repositioned by Kane Co. The industrial/ office campus will serve as Aclara’s new global headquarters, an end-to-end smart infrastructure solutions partner offering metering and edge devices, advanced metering infrastructure, consumer engagement software, and installation services.

“We are excited to deliver a modern and innovative campus to Aclara that supports our initiative in creating the next step in the elevation of Portsmouth’s thriving office market,” said Michael Kane, CEO at Kane. “We have long believed that the Pease Tradeport region continues to be one of the most dynamic and attractive areas in the entire northern New England region.
