Kalterra Building New Austin-Area Apartment/Adjacent Restaurants

Kalterra Capital Partners bought the property in 2020 and was able to secure a rezoning on the land, in Katy, that included multifamily and commercial uses. The Verge will have 263 units when it’s completed in February of 2023. Next to the Dry Creek Development in Katy, the apartment complex will include a large interior courtyard with a pool, grilling stations, a pickleball court and large open green spaces spread out over the 15.5 acre parcel. In addition it will feature a fitness center, business center and dog yards.

Kalterra has secured a lineup of restaurant brands next to the apartment community. Construction for the restaurant/retail will commence later this year.
