Hall Park's Kaleidoscopte debuts in Frisco

Kaleidoscope Park to Kick Off Expansive Development

Construction on the long-anticipated Kaleidoscope Park began in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and just wrapped up last week. The park is a precursor to the $7 billion dollar Hall Park development.

Located in Hall Park, Kaleidoscope Park brings nature and art together for the public and those who work and live in the area. The park is a private-public partnership between the city of Frisco and the Hall Group. It features a playground, splash pad, pavilions, performance stage and the largest sculpture in North Texas—”Butterfly Rest Stop.”

Besides the park, phase one of the new Hall Park masterplan includes three new towers: a 16-story, Class AAA, trophy office tower; a 224-key boutique Marriott hotel and suites; a 19-story, luxury multifamily tower; and a 10,000-square-foot eatery. The restaurant will be Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge. Expected to open later this year, it will offer an authentic Italian experience with its signature dishes, seasonal menus and house-made pasta.
